For more than 75 years, Morehead has inspired generations of North Carolinians to look up, ask questions, and imagine what’s possible. Jupiter Ball brings our community together to celebrate that legacy and fuel the next chapter of Morehead’s mission—ensuring that the wonder of science and the power of curiosity remain accessible to all, for generations to come.
Proceeds from the Jupiter Ball will provide for scholarships, grants, and accessible admission pricing for students and schools from across the state, ensuring Morehead truly remains North Carolina’s planetarium.
