Experts in original fulldome planetarium show production
Morehead Planetarium and Science Center is a leader in the production of original fulldome planetarium shows. We have an in-house digital production team with more than 15 years of experience creating impactful content for planetariums worldwide. This team has deep ties to the International Planetarium Society, Southeastern Planetarium Association, and Astronomical Society of the Pacific, among others. They work with collaborators and partners to develop timely, relevant, and engaging content that serves Morehead’s educational mission as well as the larger community of public planetariums and science centers.
Planetariums across the United States and around the world have leased Morehead productions. At present, our shows can be seen in 42 states and 18 countries (Australia, Belgium, Canada, China, Czech Republic, England, France, Germany, Italy, Lithuania, Malaysia, Mexico, New Zealand, Poland, Singapore, South Korea, Spain, Switzerland). Morehead works with leading industry partners such as Cosm Studios, SSIA Technologies, AV-Imagineering, ePlanetarium, and Sky Skan International for the distribution of our shows.
