She is a founder and coordinator of the North Carolina Science Festival’s annual Statewide Star Party\, which features dozens of skywatching events from the NC mountains to the coast on the same weekend in April.   \n\n\n\nAbout Teen Science Cafe: Teen Science Cafe is a monthly event\, inviting teens to talk directly with scientists about their work.
