SUMMARY:Teen Science Cafe | Why every scientist needs to know how to code
DESCRIPTION:Join us for a discussion about the importance of data science not just as a concentration\, but as a skill every scientist and engineer needs to develop. Participants will explore couple of questions using real data downloaded directly from NASA and other sources live on the planetarium dome. \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nAbout our speaker: By day Tony Rice is a Development Security Operations Architect in Cisco’s government security division.  By night\, is a volunteer in the NASA/JPL Solar System Ambassadors program speaking on space exploration in area libraries\, schools\, and museums.  He also works with hundreds of broadcast meteorologists around the country to help them share the night sky with their audiences and is frequently seen on WRAL-TV and the Fox Weather channel.
