Using clues in the book “The Martian” and what we know about launch opportunities to Mars\, when would Mark Whatney’s mission take place?   \n\n\n\nWe’ll chat with Tony Rice for this Teen Science Cafe; in writing for WRAL on astronomy topics\, he frequently creates python scripts to answer very specific astronomy questions (like the ones above).
